Three new data products added to VMO

Interball-1 6-sec vector magnetic field data has been added to the VMO. In addition, two Geotail Charged Particle Instrument (CPI) data sets have also bee added. These are the Definitive Solar Wind Moments and the Hot Plasma Moments data sets.
