			<title>POLAR and time shifted solar wind data added</title>

			<description>Four 1-minute field and plasma datasets have been added to VMO.  These datasets contain ACE (http://vho.nasa.gov/vxo/metadata.php?id=spase://VHO/NumericalData/ACE/Propagated/PT1M), IMP 8 (http://vho.nasa.gov/vxo/metadata.php?id=spase://VMO/NumericalData/IMP8/Propagated/PT1M), Geotail (http://vho.nasa.gov/vxo/metadata.php?id=spase://VMO/NumericalData/Geotail/Propagated/PT1M), and WIND (http://vho.nasa.gov/vxo/metadata.php?id=spase://VHO/NumericalData/WIND/Propagated/PT1M) field and plasma data shited to the Earth's Bow Shock Nose.

In addition, four POLAR data sets have been added.  These include, UVI Key Parameter (http://vmo.nasa.gov/vxo/metadata.php?id=spase://VMO/NumericalData/POLAR/UVI/K0_CDF),
 UVI L1 CDF (http://vmo.nasa.gov/vxo/metadata.php?id=spase://VMO/NumericalData/POLAR/UVI/L1_CDF),
 TIDE H0 CDF (http://vmo.nasa.gov/vxo/metadata.php?id=spase://VMO/NumericalData/POLAR/TIDE/H0_CDF), and
TIDE H1 CDF (http://vmo.nasa.gov/vxo/metadata.php?id=spase://VMO/NumericalData/POLAR/TIDE/H1_CDF)
